Product Usage
BSNJ American Standard Insulation Jacket Safety Valve is designed and manufactured according to American Standard ANSI and API specifications. The valve body shell is designed with thermal insulation structure to ensure the temperature loss of the medium, full-open design and large displacement.
Features
1. Used as a pressure safety accessory for media in the installation of polyester, ethylene and urea fertilizers.
2. The valve body of the inlet and outlet flanges are insulated, so the heat preservation effect is good, and the steam flushing function can be added when special needs are required.
3. Bellows type structure, the variable back pressure does not affect the setting pressure of the safety valve, and the bellows acts as a protective medium for the parts inside the valve cover such as the spring.
4. The internal materials (valve, valve seat) standard materials are austenitic stainless steel and hardfacing hard alloy
5. Special parts can provide urea grade 316L, duplex stainless steel 0Cr25Ni6Mo3CuN (255 alloy), 00Cr25Ni6Mo2N (SUS329J1) and other materials, bellows can provide Ti material
